Shipping Policy


Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package may be withheld from the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.


Because we ship directly from our partners from all around the world, shipping time may vary depends In which zone you are from.


Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays):


a) express worldwide shipping


7 to 15 business days (tracking available)


Zones: UK, EU


b) standard worldwide shipping


12 to 25 business days (tracking available)


Zones: USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

We offer international shipping options with longer shipping time though, but no matter where you are, you can buy from us!


Delayed delivery - in very rare occasions, packages may take longer than the expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route, we ask for understanding and patience. In such cases, we will ship out a new package.


This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the end of the year (November to December months), during promotions, or other actions.




Please note that processing time (24 hours) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.


After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available once you contact us on the following email:


Processing Time - in very rare occasions it may take longer than the expected time frame. During busy times like holidays, promotions, or other instances, processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible! 




We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.


If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.


Once we process the order we are not able to change the address!




Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.




In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: 

- Certain items may be on back order 

- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office 

- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices
